Annanas Design is a small, family-run studio based in Sydney, Australia. Every name badge, lanyard and keyring is designed, cut and hand-finished right here in our Sydney workshop – nothing is outsourced or mass-produced. Whether you need one badge or a bulk order for your whole team, we'd love to hear from you.

We reply to every message within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, Sydney time). Orders are made to order and dispatched within 1–10 business days via Australia Post with tracking.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you spot a typo or want to change a colour, message us as soon as possible – we can usually update your order before it goes into production. Because every item is personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind once it's been made. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll remake it or refund you – your happiness matters to us.

Everything is made to order in our Sydney workshop, so please allow 1–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Most single orders are made within a few days; larger bulk orders sit at the longer end. If you need something by a specific date, message us before you order and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.

All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. Within Australia, standard shipping is $9.99 (free on orders over $99) and usually arrives 1–5 business days after dispatch; Express is available at checkout for an extra $5 and typically arrives in 1–3 business days. We also ship to New Zealand, Canada, the UK and the US ($13–$19, free over $150), which typically takes 6–27 business days – for anywhere else, or an express international service, please contact us for a quote. On each product page you'll find personalisation fields (Name, Job title, Symbol, Colour and so on) just above the Add to cart button – fill them in and we'll make your piece exactly as entered. Please double-check spelling and capitalisation before ordering, as we copy it letter for letter. If you'd like a custom symbol or colour that isn't listed, just ask – we can usually do it.

Absolutely – we regularly make matching badge and lanyard sets for whole teams, classrooms, childcare centres and clinics. Send us a message with roughly how many you need and the product you're after, and we'll send you a quote. For larger orders, a simple list of names and job titles (a spreadsheet is perfect) is all we need to get started.

Magnetic backing is our most popular choice – it holds firmly, won't leave holes in your uniform and is quick to take on and off. Pin backing is a good option for thicker fabrics or if you prefer a traditional fastening. Please note magnets are not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker or similar medical device – choose the pin option instead.
