Shipping Information

Every Annanas Design piece is made to order in our Sydney workshop and sent with Australia Post, with tracking on every parcel.

Processing time

Please allow 1–10 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. Most single orders are made within a few days; larger bulk orders sit at the longer end. Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

Shipping within Australia

Standard (Australia Post) – $9.99 flat rate, free on orders over $99. Usually arrives 1–5 business days after dispatch (2–8 for regional and remote areas).
Express (Australia Post Express) – add $5 for $14.99. Usually arrives 1–3 business days after dispatch. Choose Express at checkout.

Please note shipping times are in addition to processing time.

International shipping

We ship to New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Free international shipping on orders over $150

Standard international delivery typically takes 6–27 business days after dispatch, though it can take longer during busy periods or customs processing. If you need an express international service, please contact us for a quote before ordering. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please check the tracking first, then get in touch and we'll chase it up with Australia Post for you.

Address changes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away – we can update the address any time before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be resent for the cost of postage.
