Handmade to order in our small Sydney studio — designed, made and checked by hand, never mass-produced.
Your personalisation is made exactly as you type it, so please double-check spelling and capitals before adding to cart.
Care — wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and the dishwasher, and keep it out of hot cars and long spells of direct sun.
Colours — screens show colour differently, so the shade you receive may look slightly different to the photos.
Handmade — every piece is made by hand after you order, so small variations in finish can happen. That's part of the charm, not a fault.
If something isn't right — personalised pieces are made just for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email anna@annanas.net and we'll sort it out.
